At Gone to the Dogs Boutique & Grooming, we believe your pet should be treated to a stress-free grooming experience.  That is the reason we schedule grooming sessions by appointment only.  Your pet’s grooming session will last about 1-1 1/2 hours for small to medium breeds.  Your pet will enjoy having private one-on-one time with our pet stylist.

Missie grew up in Seminole, Florida, where she interned with 2 Master Groomers for 4 years.  She has been grooming pets for over 20 years.  She owns cattle dogs and is a show dog handler.  Missie has been showing her dogs for over 9 years and her dogs have won many awards in the show circuits including recent Grand Champion titles.  Her grooming specialty is terriers.  Call 727-363-3200 to schedule an appointment with Missie.

We choose shampoos and conditioners based on your pet’s skin/coat condition.  All of our salon products are soap free and all natural.  All pets are hand dried and fluffed.  We do not use cage dryers, as they can overheat and cause harm to your pet.

Missie will spend a few minutes with you at the beginning of your pet’s grooming session to determine what your expectations are for your pet’s haircut. We keep detailed notes about your pet’s grooming experience so they can create the same look for your pet over and over.  Or, if you want to try something new for your pet, they will be happy to suggest different styles for you to consider.

Salon services include short-hair dog baths, long-hair dog baths, and full grooming for both dogs and cats.  All services include nail trimming, ear plucking and cleaning, and expressing the anal glands, if needed.
